Simplicity and elegance!

The swiss institution had a serious need to redesign its Montreal’s branch, which no longer reflects status level or market position. The new office starts with the client zone, which includes three meeting areas and a larger conference room. Upon entering the clients are surrounded by a noble and chic wooden reception and welcomed by an breathtaking view of iconic Mount-Royal.

An in-depth understanding of the needs and the structure of the organization was the starting point for the new design. We went on to imagine the private bank as a persona, giving it a gender, a personality  and finally a suit tailored to perfection. The space simply followed the rules in which this character would evolve into: sober, elegant and sophisticated.

The client zone distinguished itself by a cozy choice of local materials to emphasize the sense of protection. Large colored and printed sidelights kept the space luminous.

The removal of tall partitions encouraged team work. Each team had it’s needs addressed be it for a strong need of storage or the necessity of a high-tech environment.
